Lead the Future of Developmental Pediatrics in Kentucky.

Some leadership roles are about maintaining what exists. This one is about shaping what comes next.
The Division of Developmental Pediatrics at Golisano Children’s Hospital at UK seeks a Chief of Developmental Pediatrics to provide strategic leadership for a well-developed program serving children and families across the Commonwealth. Located at Golisano Children’s at Richmond Road, the Division works in close partnership with multidisciplinary teams such as pediatric neurology, the NICU Graduate Clinic and on-site therapy services, including ABA,PT, OT and speech therapy.

If you’re ready to build, grow and lead with impact, this role was designed for you.
UK HealthCare is seeking a Chief of Developmental Pediatrics to lead a highly visible, well-supported division within the College of Medicine and UK HealthCare.

As chief, you’ll play a central role in shaping the future of developmental care across Kentucky, collaborating closely with departmental and system leadership, engaging with community and statewide partners and influencing strategy at a meaningful level. The role comes with frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders—ideal for a leader who wants their work to extend beyond clinic walls.

We're transforming the future of pediatric care in Kentucky
A historic $50 million gift from philanthropist B. Thomas Golisano is strengthening the future of pediatric care at the University of Kentucky. Now named Golisano Children’s Hospital at UK, our children’s hospital is expanding access to advanced, compassionate care for families across the Commonwealth. This investment empowers our care teams to reach more children, advance pediatric research and deliver life-changing care where it’s needed most.

At UK HealthCare, physicians aren’t just part of the organization, they help shape it.
UK HealthCare offers a rare balance: the depth and resources of a major academic medical center with the accessibility and influence of a close-knit system. The Division of Developmental Pediatrics is mission-driven, academic and deeply patient-centered. Faculty work collaboratively across specialties and with adult medicine colleagues, creating an interdisciplinary environment that supports innovation, learning and shared expertise.

A great place to live and work.
As one of Kentucky’s largest employers, UK HealthCare provides competitive compensation and benefits, strong retirement support, generous paid time off and comprehensive resources that allow physicians to focus on what matters most.
